Repair service training:
Once your equipment is installed, our colleagues will even train you if required in how to operate your power supply systems safely.
Training covers the following topics:
- Presentation of how uninterrupted equipment work
- Presentation of how the basic controls of the equipment operate
- Presentation of the display screen of the equipment, information on how to read the numbers displayed
- Training on how to operate the equipment, information on the different operating statuses, on how to switch between different operating statuses
- Information on basic troubleshooting processes, on how to interpret and confirm errors
- Answering possible questions
Maintenance services:
- Maintenance and repair services agreement tailored to the customer’s support and operation needs
- Monthly, quarterly or semi-annual maintenance
